The following activities foster leadership, core competencies, team spirit, skills, and confidence among the students.
Seminars and webinars are conducted in the department to promote interaction, and presentation skills and stay connected with ongoing activities in the scientific world. Guest seminars are conducted by different distinguished personalities. The Annual seminar is also conducted to boost the confidence of the students. Project works are distributed among the students to inculcate research values and promote analytical and problem-solving skills.
To foster a sense of cultural identity, annual competitions in essays, debates, quizzes, songs, dance, seminar presentations, etc. are held.
The Yuba Sanskar program features impactful video presentations to raise awareness on health, hygiene, and combating issues like drug abuse, stress, and harassment. It promotes self-love, discipline, and leadership, addressing concerns such as violence against women and ragging.
Students are encouraged to participate in various extension activities and extracurricular events at the college to cultivate leadership and problem-solving skills.
Students actively participated in various campus drives and pre-placement training sessions conducted by the career counselling cell.
