IQAC
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Shailabala Women’s Autonomous College, Cuttack was constituted in the year 2006 to contribute to the overall development of the College. The main responsibility of IQAC is to ensure quality enhancement of education and its sustenance in the College; to maintain quality teaching-learning practices, effective assessment and evaluation practices, quality infrastructure, development of human and non-human resources, and research output in the College; and to create a sense of nation-building disposition among the stakeholders.
IQAC of the College ensures timely, well-organized, and progressive performance in academic, administrative, and financial tasks in the College. It ensures equitable access, enrolment, retention, and performance of women students in learning both within the State and across the Country. It also ensures the maintenance of an adequate academic support system and services for all stakeholders.
