More than 15 years of teaching experience of teaching  Psychology to MPhil, P.G. and U.G and Management students in various Govt and Private colleges of Odisha and also counseling the Sport persons of all sports and games in elite level.

FUNDED ONGOING RESEARCH PROJECT OF GOVT. OF ODISHA

For my ongoing Research project entitled “A Correlational Study on Women Athletes and Psychosocial Factors in Sport Participation with Intervention Strategies” has been approved by Odisha State Higher Education Council, Higher Education department, Govt of Odisha, under SEED Funding of OURIIP with estimation ofRs five lakhs for the period of two years Nov 2019- Nov 2021.

 

TRAINING PROGRAMS CONDUCTED

  • Three years of experience as Resources person for training programmes for OHPC (Orissa Hydro Power Corporation) at OHPC training centre, Bhubaneswar, and Oriental Insurance Company.

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (MDP)

  • Two years of Experience of Successfully coordinating and organisingas a professional trainer for MDP (Management Development Programmes) for middle level executives of OHPC (Odisha Hydro Power Corporation) at OHPC Training centre Bhubaneswar.

 

SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY PRACTICAL EXPERIENCEAS SPORT PSYCHOLOGIST WITH NATIONALAND INTERNATIONAL ATHLETES

  •  Research experience as Research Fellow in Sports Psychology(2002-2004) from SPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA, NS NIS, PATIALA, PUNJAB.  Research experience includes taking classes for various  coursesrunning at NIS, including Diploma in Sports Coaching as well Masters in Sports Coaching, Preparation of Psychological profile, offering mental relaxation training, and counseling to National campers of Indian teams before Olympics, World Championship, Asian games, Common wealth games, SAF games, and other Championships competitions at NS NIS, PATIALA.
  • Also have the experience of working as Sport Psychologist/ Mental Trainer for OCA (Orissa Cricket Association) Cuttack, cricketers of all age groups fromunder 15, 17, 19, 22, and Ranji Trophy players).
  • Experience of working with badminton players of SAI Odisha Badminton Academy , Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
  • International Tennis Players and International Swimmers of Odisha state benefited from my counselling sessions.
